No, Joining is free! you are automatically enrolled after your first 70-point check & tune, Comprehensive service or Bike refurbishment.
And of course, you are automatically enrolled if you have purchased a bike from us and completed your first two warranty validation checkups
Don't worry! If you've just missed the 6 month cutoff, we have a 20 day grace period.
If you've missed the grace period, the benefits of the riders rewards club no longer apply, however the completion of your services will automatically re-enroll you into the riders rewards club for future servicing.
During any of your riders rewards services! The 10% parts discounts applies to any common wear and tear items:

Any items not included on this list are charged at a standard rate.
Our team is huge on safety! After 10 years as your electric bike specialist we have seen it all. 6 Months is the optimal time period for your bike to pop in and ensure safety issues and avoidable expensive repairs are caught before they're an issue.
