Important Terms & Conditions
We value your business and are committed to providing top-quality service for your e-bike. To ensure the efficient operation, please take note of the following policies regarding service completion and bike collection:
- Bike Disposal Policy:
If your bike is not collected within 10 weeks of the service being completed, and despite our multiple attempts to contact you through various channels (phone, email, text), we reserve the right to dispose of the bike.
- Storage Fee Policy:
After we have completed the service and have contacted you to notify you that your bike is ready, you have a 4-day grace period to collect your bike without incurring any storage fees. If you have not collected your bike within these 4 days and no prior arrangement has been made, a storage fee of $15 per day will be applied, starting from the 5th day after the notification.
By booking a service with us, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these policies. We encourage you to stay in touch with us, respond to our notifications promptly, and make necessary arrangements for bike collection to avoid any inconvenience or additional charges.

Free Safety Check FAQ's
- How long will the my free safety check take?
- We aim to get your bike back to you within the hour. The check itself takes about 10-20 minutes, but we may need a little more time if the store is busy.
What's involved in the free safety check?
- We look over all the critical parts of your bike to make sure nothing is of danger to you. At the completion of the check we will give you a report outlining what we found and if there is anything that needs attention. The main areas of the bike we are checking are:
Brakes
Drivetrain & Chain
Wheels
Tire Tread
Gear Shifting
Lights
Spokes
Chain
Frame
- Will the free safety check include any parts?
- Unfortunately not, the free safety check is only to check the bike is safe. We can provide a quote if we find anything that needs attention but it does not include any work done on the bike or the cost of parts. If there is something that needs attention, we will let you know and we can make arrangements to get it repaired for you.
