Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We do not have to give a refund if you change your mind about a purchase - so please choose carefully.
If you need to change the size of a product for example wrong size t-shirt, this will incur a $15 restocking fee. Any return shipping will be at your cost.
If the product you have brought is faulty, we will provide a remedy as required by the consumer Guarantees Act.

What is covered under the Manufacturer’s Warranty?
eScooters by nature (being low to the ground and carrying significant rider weight without any pedal assistance for propulsion from the rider) are prone to faster wear and tear, damage from falls or water intrusion than for example a typical eBike.
Please take care of your scooter and in doing so, you will take care of your own safety and save money on repairs.
Kaabo Scooters all come with a 12 Month or 1,500-kilometer return to base warranty as covered under the manufacturer's warranty guidelines
The Manufacturers Warranty excludes consumable parts such as tyres, tubes, grips, cable, bearings and brake pads. The warranty does not cover wear and tear, damage caused by impact, abuse, accident or lack of reasonable care, non-observance of the instruction for use or poor maintenance.
The warranty does not cover water penetration and or water damage to its electrical components. It is never a good thing for rider safety or the scooter function, to ride on wet surfaces or in the rain. Quite simple, don’t ride in the rain or on wet surfaces
Modification of the product or attempted repair by an unauthorised person or repair agent is not covered under the warranty.
Warranty evaluations for warranty repair require the scooter to be returned to the place of purchase and are then reported to the manufacturer - distributor and judged by Inokim/ Minimotors /Dualtron/Kaboo technicians.
Please know that should you “on-sell” as second hand the manufacturers warranty of these brands is non-transferable to the next owner
