What is our Extended Motor Warranty Cover?

Electric Bikes Plus is now offering an extended motor warranty cover that will extend your current motor warranty by additional two years. We know that repairs on motors can be expensive and in an effort to save you money, we wish to offer you this plan.

How Does it Work?

If you purchase the extended motor warranty, this will cover you for 4 years instead of 2.

Who Can Purchase this?

The extended motor warranty cover is available to anyone that has purchased an eBike from us.

- At the point of sale - $200

- In the last 6 months - $250.

- Longer than 6 months to 1 year - $350

- If you are outside this criteria, please feel free to apply and we will consider your application. This will be based on how regularly you have been having your bike serviced with us.

Conditions

The Electric Bikes Plus Extended Motor Warranty Cover is subject to the same conditions that applied to the original manufacturer warranty. This means anything that was covered under the original manufacturer warranty will also be covered by this warranty. When you apply we will receive your application, check your e-bike against our purchase records, and get back to you with the appropriate warranty cover (see above).

Please note, that in-line with major eBike motor companies, motor warranties are not transferable.
